Grand Rapids is six miles away and is the nearest city to RiverTown Crossings.

Mall walkers are welcome at RiverTown Crossings and may enter one hour before the stores open.

Leashed pets are welcome at RiverTown Crossings in the common areas so long as they are cleaned up after and well behaved. Each store may have an individual pet policy.

RiverTown Crossings does allow backpacks.

There is no smoking within 20 feet of the RiverTown Crossings building.

Scavenger hunts are not allowed at RiverTown Crossings.

Several hotels are just down the street from RiverTown Crossings including Spring Hill Suites, Hampton Inn and Suites, Staybridge Suites, and Residence Inn. There are also several surrounding dining options.

While onsite at RiverTown Crossings Mall, you may be captured in pictures or video of the property and its special events. These pictures and videos may be used in promotional material or shared on our social media platforms.

Your entry constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with RiverTown Crossings Mall and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the premises.

RiverTown welcomes guests to capture on smartphone the joy and delight that our space offers. Prior permission from mall management is required for all other purposes.

Please check with individual stores on their photo and video policies.

RiverTown Crossings’ Children’s Play area is in the east wing near Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Children’s activities are provided by RiverTown Crossings in the children’s play area.

The designated drop-off and pick-up location for ride-sharing at RiverTown Crossings is outside the cinema entrance.

Celebration Cinema RiverTown is located on the upper level in the food court.

There is not a farmers market at RiverTown Crossings.

RiverTown Crossings does not have a dog park.

RiverTown Crossings electric scooters are at the public safety office in the hallway next to Cindy’s Nails, lower level cinema entrance.

RiverTown Crossings’ massage chairs are on the Upper level across from Dick’s Sporting Goods, in front of Kohls, in front of the Cinema.  They are also on the Lower level in front of JC Penney and near the play area.

Gift wrapping services are not available at RiverTown Crossings.

RiverTown Crossings does not offer curbside pickup service.

Abandoned vehicles will be towed after 72 hours at owners expense.

RiverTown Crossings does not have a foreign currency exchange.

There is no sales tax return service for international travel at RiverTown Crossings.

Parking is free at RiverTown Crossings.

Local parking surrounds the entire RiverTown Crossings center.

Valet parking is not available at RiverTown Crossings.

There are no electric car charging stations at RiverTown Crossings.

All of the main mall entrances have some “stork parking” for expectant mothers or families with small children.

RiverTown Crossings’ wheelchairs are at the public safety office near the cinema entrance, on the first level next to Cindy’s Nails.

RiverTown Crossings’ strollers are available for rent near the lower Macy’s entrance and at the center north entrance near Victoria’s Secret. They cost $6.00 for a single stroller and $8.00 for a double stroller.

1. Elevators are at the Center court, in front of Victoria’s Secret (first floor) and the Garage (second floor); and

2. Outside near Harrisons West (lower level) and Barnes & Noble (upper level)

Mobile charging stations are not available at RiverTown Crossings.

RiverTown Crossings’ ATMs are located on the upper level in the food court, the upper level by the north entrance (Barnes & Noble), and the lower level by the cinema entrance.

RiverTown Crossings has a USPS drop box located at the end of the hallway next to Cindy’s Nails by the cinema entrance.

RiverTown Crossings’ bike racks are at the lower east and west entrances, and lower north and south entrances.

Restrooms are on the first floor, near the cinema entrance and on the second floor, on the left and right sides of the food court at RiverTown Crossings.

RiverTown Crossings has baby care lounges on the first floor, near the cinema entrance, and on the second floor, on the left and right sides of the food court.

RiverTown Crossings’ dedicated nursing areas can be found by the lower-level restrooms near the cinema entrance and the upper-level women’s restrooms in the food court.

General sitting areas are in front of each anchor store in RiverTown Crossings.
