The event is FREE! But, you do need to register for a FREE ticket IN ADVANCE.

Expect to wait up to 10 minutes for your item to be customized.

Accepted Answer

You will select a customization from a set of available options. Each guest is limited to 5 patches per item in order to ensure we can serve all ticketed guests.

No, not at this event but we encourage you to connect with our vendor for additional opportunities outside of this event!

What kinds of items can I bring to have customized? Are there any restrictions?

For the patch bar, we are limited to only adding patches to jackets, jeans/denim, sweatshirts, hats and bags. To ensure all ticketed guests can be served, each guest is limited to one item.

A large number of tenants offer products that can be customized. We encourage you to look at the RiverTown Crossings directory for specific details about each store.

No. You must pick up your item in person at RiverTown Crossings during the event.
