The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing the selling opportunities and daily sales results to ensure profitability of the store, day to day operations and leadership of the team, ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered to, and overall staff training and development.

-High school graduate or equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
-2 to 3 years of experience in retail management, customer service, delegation, or comparable management experience.
-Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
-Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetetive motions, push, pul, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, cartons, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
-Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
